Conference & Events Sales Executive

We are young team consisted mainly from ladies and we are looking for someone passionate about events - (preparation, organization, strategic planning, negotiating)


Job description:

Every day is different and our clients are very demanding since we are 5* Hilton property

- we call the clients, sending emails, negotiating conditions and trying to fullfill all clients wishes

What is really important information?

- it is office job in front of the computer, Monday to Friday, we have flexible hours

We manage sometimes 1000 inquieries per day - sometimes stressfull environment


We need from you:

Knowledge of the property (we will train you)

Passion about events (you have to have)

Strong, energetic and motivated personality (you have to be)

If you have experience in any kind of area of organizing events - advantage

Technical skills we will train you (we have several computer systems)


We offer:

Experience with biggest events and stamp in CV from one of the biggest properties of Hilton

English use on daily basis (in the team, with management, with clients)
