We are looking for passionate people in the position of Guest Service Agent. The position of Guest Service Agent is that of the main switchboard operator for both Hilton Prague and Hilton Prague Old Town. In this role you will be responsible for the overall communication between guests and various departments throughout both hotels by receiving all incoming calls and directing them to the responsible area. You will be responsible to ensure that all guests enquiries and requests are met and distributed accordingly.
The role of Guest Service Agent represents the heart of communication for both properties and the ideal entry position into our properties.
We are now looking for passionate candidates for the position of Guest Service Agent (in) at Hilton Prague (hotel). You will communicate on daily basis to our incoming calls and as well directing the calls to different departments
You will not sell anything, you will take care of our guest service phone and answer questions of our guests
What skills and knowledge should you posses (what skills and knowledge should you have?)
Czech and English fluent is a MUST- Fluent in English and Czech is a must
Multi-tasking, communication and responsibility is very important for us as well The ability to work independently, organized, work under pressure and to multi-task is vital. We are also looking for hospitable people who are team players
We will guide you and train you on all needed processes and information An induction into the systems and processes will be carried out.
